About you

As part of the team, you will demonstrate a keen interest in delivering a high level of customer service and share great local knowledge of our precinct to assist our guests. Preferably, a background in luxury hospitality would provide an advantage but not mandatory.

We’re seeking people with warm and welcoming personalities, a passion for customer service and ability to create surprising and memorable experiences for our guests.

We are seeking candidates that are immaculately groomed and can work a rotating roster including AM, PM, weekend shifts and public holidays.

Overview

Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.





Experience

Previous experience in a Hotel reception position is welcomed however we are happy to look at candidates with little experience.

General Skills

Must be able to perform job functions with high attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritise, organize, and follow-up; be a explicit thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

Technical Skills

Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers.
