Responsibilities include:

- Create a welcoming and wonderful experience for guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, directions around the area and hotel, reservations and general enquiries

- Assist your team members with guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process

- Support your front office team in general operational tasks

- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity

About You:

- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar

- Relevant experience in a similar guest-facing role

- Current working rights in Australia

- Current RSA Certification

- Current Driver's License (bonus if able to drive a manual car)

- Flexible to working a rotating roster, and open to working overnight/ evening shifts.

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

- Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

- License or Certification: Current RSA, Australian Driver's License
