Established in 2009, INCH Hairdressing is an award-winning salon with locations in Randwick and Newtown, known for exceptional colour work, beautiful blondes, balayage, premium hair extensions and stunning hair transformations.

The Role

We’re welcoming experienced Senior Stylists, qualified hairdressers and independent freelance stylists to join our friendly, established team.

You might be a parent balancing family commitments, a stylist running your own business, or someone who simply prefers working fewer days.

We understand that everyone has different priorities, and we’re happy to explore a working arrangement that suits both you and the salon.

You’ll have the opportunity to create beautiful hair, work with an established clientele and enjoy a professional, creative environment without needing to commit to a traditional full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional hairdressing services from consultation through to the final finish.
- Perform skilled colour services, including blondes, balayage, highlights, toning and colour transformations.
- Provide high-quality cutting, styling and finishing services.
- Conduct thorough consultations and recommend personalised haircare.
- Maintain high standards of hair health,



colour quality and attention to detail.
- Build positive relationships with clients and deliver an outstanding salon experience.
- Manage appointments efficiently and professionally.
- Work collaboratively and contribute to a welcoming, supportive team environment.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
- Share your creativity and contribute to showcasing beautiful salon work.

About You
- Qualified hairdresser with industry experience.
- Confident in colouring, cutting, styling and finishing.
- Passionate about blondes, balayage and beautiful hair transformations.
- Friendly, professional and reliable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable managing your own appointments.
- Enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
