Engage Recruitment is seeking an experienced HC Driver/Operator to join our client's team at Padstow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating heavy vehicles and delivering quality service to customers.

Working with a liquid waste collection team, you will be responsible for collecting and handling a range of non-hazardous liquid waste products from commercial and industrial customers.

Location: Padstow, NSW

Typical Shift: 1:00am – 8:36am, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work and OT

Pay Rate: $53.61 per hour applicable penalties

Key Responsibilities

- Operate an HC vehicle to collect and transport non-hazardous liquid waste.
- Perform loading and unloading of various waste streams, including grease trap, food waste, septic and industrial wastewater.
- Connect and handle hoses, lift access lids, clean out traps and undertake general manual handling duties.
- Use vacuum loading equipment and other associated tools safely.
- Complete daily vehicle and equipment safety checks.




- Maintain clean, safe and well-organised equipment.
- Deliver professional customer service and represent the company positively.
- Follow all safety procedures, operational instructions

Essential:

- HC Licence

Desirable:

- Vacuum loading – Training provided
- Danger Goods Permit to transport as a driver – Training provided
- Available for Weekend Work/Overtime
