Ultra Precast and Structural is seeking an experienced HC Truck Driver to join our team based at Gillman. We manufacture and install precast concrete and structural steel for residential and commercial construction projects.

About the role

You will transport precast concrete panels, structural steel, materials and equipment between our workshop, suppliers and construction sites. Working closely with our production and installation teams, you will help ensure deliveries are completed safely and on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating heavy vehicles safely and responsibly.

- Checking loads are correctly positioned and secured before transport.

- Coordinating loading and unloading with workshop staff, crane operators and site teams.

- Completing pre-start checks and reporting vehicle defects.

- Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and required driving records.

- Keeping vehicles clean and well maintained.

About you





You will need

- A current HC driver’s licence and relevant heavy vehicle driving experience.

- Sound knowledge of load restraint and safe transport practices.

- A reliable, punctual approach and explicit communication skills.

- The ability to follow site safety requirements and work well with others.

Experience transporting precast panels, structural steel or other heavy construction materials will be highly regarded. A White Card, dogging or rigging ticket, and experience with extendable trailers would also be advantageous.
