Head Chef to take ownership of our commercial kitchen, lead the team and deliver consistently excellent food and guest experiences.

With a salary of

What you'll be doing

As Head Chef, you'll lead the day-to-day kitchen operation while creating a great experience for our guests.

You'll Be Responsible For

Preparing and presenting consistently high-quality food

Leading, supporting, training and developing the kitchen team

Planning menus and creating dishes our guests will enjoy

Managing ordering, stock rotation, stocktakes and food costs

Preparing the kitchen and team for efficient service

Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

What you'll bring





You'll be an experienced chef who is comfortable taking ownership of a commercial kitchen while remaining hands-on during service.

You'll Bring

Previous Head Chef experience in a similar commercial environment

Commercial Cookery Trade Qualifications Or Equivalent Demonstrated Experience

Experience in menu planning and development

Strong purchasing, stock and cost-management capability

HACCP experience and strong food hygiene knowledge

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
