I am supporting a Technology business for an key leadership hire. As the business continues to evolve and grow, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced CA/CPA qualified Head of Corporate Services to lead the organisation's corporate operations and support functions.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Finance, People & Culture, Governance, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and Corporate Administration.

Responsibilities

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategic business initiatives.
- Lead the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management and commercial analysis.
- Oversee people and culture initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and organisational development.
- Provide oversight of governance, compliance, risk management and corporate policies.
- Manage external legal relationships and support contractual and commercial risk management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement across corporate systems, processes and operational practices.
- Oversee procurement, facilities, administration and business support functions.
- Support organisational change, transformation and capability-building initiatives.




- Lead and develop a high-performing corporate services team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- CPA or CA qualifications will be highly regarded.

Required Skills

- Significant experience in a senior corporate services, finance, HR, commercial or operational leadership role.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and business planning expertise.
- Experience leading multiple functions such as finance, HR, governance, risk, legal or business operations.
- The ability to operate strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach when required.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A track record of driving operational improvement and supporting business growth.

Preferred Skills

- Experience within a technology, software or similar environment.
- Experience working closely with an executive team and influencing business strategy.
