About You

Live across the Newcastle & Lake Macquarie area including Newcastle CBD, Adamstown, Recent Lambton, Kotara, Mayfield, Waratah, Jesmond, Wallsend, Cardiff, Glendale, Charlestown, Warners Bay, Belmont, Swansea and surrounding communities Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles) Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (weekend availability is desirable but not essential for experienced care workers) Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!

$32.61 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time Permanent Part-time contracts: 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts Permanent Part-Time opportunities for experienced candidates; Casual entry-level roles available with the potential to transition to Permanent Part-Time employment Your Role As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care and domestic support to older Australians in their homes including:

Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting & mobility support (where applicable) Medication assistance (where applicable and trained) Social support,
