HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with Caterpillar to recruit experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for its Queensland Distribution Centre in Yatala. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing weekday work within a safety focused warehouse team.

The opportunity You will support daily warehouse operations by safely moving, storing and preparing stock for distribution.

Location: Yatala

Hours: 6:15am to 2:21pm, or 12:00pm to 8:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay rate: $37.71 per hour (AM) - $42.24 (PM)

Start: Immediate starts available

Your responsibilities

- Operate high reach forklifts to move, store and retrieve stock
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload deliveries as required
- Assist with stock control and general inventory activities
- Complete general warehouse duties to support the wider team
- Maintain a clean, organised and protected working environment

What you will bring

- A current Australian LF Forklift Licence
- Previous high reach forklift operating experience
- Warehouse or distribution centre experience
- A strong commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
- Reliable attendance and a positive approach to teamwork




- The ability to complete pre employment drug and alcohol screening and a police check
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport, as public transport access is limited
