We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused High Reach Forklift Operator to join our high-volume, fast-paced facility in Hazelmere.
About the Role:
You’ll support daily warehouse operations including high reach forklift work, picking/packing, and stock handling. This is a casual position with consistent hours, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for long‑term growth.
What You Need:
- LF Forklift Licence – High‑Risk Work Licence (essential)
- High‑Reach Forklift experience (essential)
- Counterbalance Forklift experience (preferred)
- Experience in a busy warehouse/logistics environment
- Robust attention to detail with stock accuracy, and RF scanning
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and performance targets
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork capability
- Current WA driver’s licence + reliable transport
- Availability for shifts 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday-Friday,
with flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Duties:
- Operating high‑reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Accurate picking, packing, and checking
- Using RF scanners and completing manual documentation
- Wrapping, stacking, and organising pallets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
