The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Hospitality Manager to lead the Front of House and Food & Beverage operations at Saint Haven Collingwood. This is an chance for an experienced hospitality leader who understands the standards of fine dining, boutique hotels and premium private clubs. You will lead from the floor, develop a high-performing team and ensure every member interaction reflects the exceptional standards Saint Haven is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily Front of House and Food & Beverage operations, maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.
- Deliver a refined, personalised hospitality experience across every member touchpoint.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team with a strong service culture.
- Maintain a visible, hands-on presence across the floor, setting the standard through leadership and example.
- Oversee service standards, team briefings, rostering and operational performance.
- Build genuine relationships with members, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
- Coordinate private events and member experiences to the highest standard.
- Manage member feedback and service recovery with discretion,



professionalism and care.
- Maintain exceptional standards across the presentation, atmosphere and overall experience of the club.
- Drive operational efficiency, commercial performance and compliance across the department.

Who You Are

- An experienced hospitality leader with 3+ years in restaurant, hotel or premium venue management.
- Experienced in leading high-performing Food & Beverage and Front of House teams.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalised service.
- A confident, hands-on leader who leads from the floor.
- Commercially astute, with strong financial and operational management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to consistently high standards.
- An exceptional communicator who builds strong relationships with both members and team members.
- Naturally personable, polished and able to anticipate the needs of others.
- Flexible and available to work across evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA certification.
