Infyworx is seeking highly experienced, professional and responsible Hotel Duty Managers to support hotel operations across multiple properties.
This is a casual position, offering flexible shifts based on operational requirements and availability.
We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals with strong leadership, problem-solving and guest service skills who can independently manage hotel operations and ensure smooth day-to-day service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and support front office and hotel staff.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback and escalated issues professionally.
- Monitor hotel standards, procedures and service quality.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
- Manage emergency situations and follow hotel safety procedures.
- Complete daily reports, financial reconciliations and administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, workplace health and safety and hotel policies.
- Act as the senior point of contact during assigned shifts.
Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Extensive experience in hotel operations or as a Hotel Duty Manager.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Strong working knowledge of OPERA Cloud PMS.
- Experience with other hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) will be highly regarded.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong guest service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage hotel operations independently.
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work casual shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Availability to work across multiple hotel locations as required.
