Hotel Management Couple | Full Time Opportunity

Mandala Hotels & Resorts, a fast-growing hotel and resorts organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Management Couple to lead one of our established properties in Launceston, Tasmania, and oversee its day-to-day operations.

About the Role

Mandala Hotels & Resorts values people first. As Hotel Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, hotel rooms, staff management, and compliance. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical leadership role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance.

What Your Days Might Look Like

- Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction
- Manage, lead, train, and motivate on-site staff
- Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L;)
- Maintain compliance with WHS, licensing, and hospitality regulations
- Ensure the property is well-presented, safe, and operating efficiently
- Hands-on role including administration, reception, maintenance and housekeeping

What You’ll Bring

- A passion for customer service
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure workplace




- Knowledge of Property Management Systems
- Protel experience desirable
- Strong background in hospitality management operations
- Proven experience in leading and engaging a team to provide an optimal customer experience in a hotel environment
- Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments with a strong focus on rooms division, revenue and yield management
- Experience in cost control management
- Proven experience in driving and achieving top-line revenue and bottom-line results
- Ability to develop a budget and make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently
