Broadwater Resort Como is a high quality 58-room apartment hotel located in a peaceful riverside setting just outside the Perth CBD. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Our resort is particularly popular with families, sporting groups and regional travellers, many of whom return to stay with us regularly.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Housekeeper to join our small, dedicated Housekeeping team.

Working closely with our Hotel General Manager and Housekeeping Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of our guest rooms and resort facilities. You'll be joining us during a particularly busy period, with the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the ongoing success of our operations.

The position is initially offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time or full time arrangement for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning guest rooms and common areas, including vacuuming, making beds, dusting and mopping.
- Ensuring guest rooms are properly stocked with bathroom and kitchen amenities.
- Changing and replenishing linen and towels between guest stays.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues.
- Reporting lost property and other guest-related matters to the relevant manager.

What We Are Looking For

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or apartment-hotel setting is an advantage, however full training will be provided.




- Basic spoken English is sufficient, provided you can understand instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, professional and reliable attitude.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of creating a great first impression for our guests.

What We Offer

- Pay in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award – Level 2.
- We expect to have 24+ hours per week available, with a flexible roster across seven days.
- Daily start times between 7:00am and 8:00am, with finishing times varying depending on workload.
- Flexibility to accommodate external commitments, including study or a second evening job, wherever possible.
- The opportunity to progress from casual employment to a permanent part-time or full-time position.

Location and Transport

Important: Please note that due to our early morning start times, applicants must be able to reliably arrive at the resort by 7:00am. Please consider your transport arrangements and only apply if the commute will be suitable on an ongoing basis.
