Not your average cleaning job...

- Luxury retreat, high-end homes and a select client base
- A team culture which nurtures your potential

- Local, growing business that invests in its people

We’re Hubb Home Services. And we’re not a cleaning company you’ve seen before.

Most cleaning ads ask you to turn up on time and pay attention to detail. We’ll take that as a given. What we’re really looking for is someone who wants more out of their work and is an asset to the team.

Who we are

Hubb is a local, family-run business in the Northern Rivers, and we’re growing rapid. We look after a hand-picked group of clients: luxury homes across Ballina and Byron, aged care clients who rely on us to keep their homes safe and comfortable, and now a stunning luxury retreat where we’ll be caring for the spaces guests travel to escape to.

We choose our clients carefully. They value what we do, and that means we get to do it properly.

What you’ll be doing

- Retreat changeovers working as part of a dedicated team (including some Sundays)

- Caring for the homes of our aged care clients, where kindness and trust matter as much as a sparkling bathroom

- Regular cleaning of a select group of luxury residential homes.

Why Hubb is different

- We train you properly. Clear checklists,

video training and our own Hubb Standard. You’ll know exactly what's expected.

- Team culture matters. We work hard, we have a laugh, and we look out for one another.

- We invest in you. As we grow, so do the opportunities. Team leader roles, new divisions, more responsibility for the people who align with our vision.

- We’re local. Our depot is in Ballina. We know the area, we know our clients, and we’re building something here for the long haul.

You’ll fit right in if you…

- Take real pride in leaving a space better than you found it

- Have a warm, respectful way with people, especially older clients

- Can be discreet and professional in premium spaces

- Want to be part of a team, not just a roster

- Love the idea of growing with a business that’s going places

The practical bits

- Current driver’s licence and reliable car

- Police check (or willingness to get one)

- Availability for some weekend work, including Sundays

Ready to do cleaning differently?

Apply now with a short note telling us a bit about you and why Hubb feels like your kind of place. No fancy CV needed. We care more about who you are.
