SRT Logistics is seeking a reliable and safety-focused HR Driver to join our Devonport team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing transport business that invests in its people. We have recently supported several drivers in obtaining their Heavy Combination (HC) licence and are now looking to backfill these positions. You will be joining a busy operation where no two days are the same, delivering freight safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight to customers and depots
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Comply with all road transport and safety regulations
- Complete delivery documentation and paperwork accurately
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report maintenance requirements
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle and work environment
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current HR Licence
- Minimum 12 months' MR/HR driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valuable level of physical fitness,
including the ability to safely lift and move freight
- Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
