- 8 days on, 6 days off (8:6) – Site Based
- 5 days on, 2 days off (5:2) – Perth Based

Location: Bayswater WA, with frequent travel to sites across Western Australia Accommodation: Accommodation and meals supplied at major mining camp with full facilities (where applicable).

MTM specialises in the delivery of construction and maintenance services across mining operations, with a strong focus on mining accommodation camps, workshops and Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) facilities. We provide comprehensive solutions across all trade disciplines, supporting clients through all stages of construction, installation and ongoing maintenance.

Due to continued company growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, we are seeking an HSE Administrator to join our team. This is a newly created position to support our growing operations across multiple construction projects. The role will involve frequent travel to site but will be based in Perth. Point of hire is Bayswater, Western Australia.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive HSE Administrator to support Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) functions across multiple construction projects throughout Western Australia.

Working closely with the HSE Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors and site personnel, you will be responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance, implementing effective HSE systems and providing practical guidance to project teams.

Key duties include:

- Assisting the HSEQ Advisors reviewing risk assessments including SWMS,



JHAs and other Work Health and Safety Management plans / procedures to ensure appropriate implementation;
- Assisting with recording and follow up on incidents, near-misses and corrective actions;
- Maintain HSE documentation including inductions, incident registers, and audit logs;
- Coordinate and track site and office safety inspections, audits, and corrective actions;
- Support all levels of the project team in the implementation of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives;
- Other duties may be required from time to time, and these may be reasonably requested from management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar is advantageous
- Mining, Construction and/or Engineering industry experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge specifically word and excel
- Pre-employment medical clearance required
