Are you a hands-on HR leader who enjoys building strong workplace cultures, partnering with leaders, and driving meaningful people initiatives?

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the People & Culture function for a growing business. This is a standalone role offering the opportunity to shape and influence the people strategy while remaining involved in day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Leading the HR function across the business with minimal supervision
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
- Driving learning and development initiatives and leadership capability programs
- Supporting remuneration reviews and performance management cycles




- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Partnering with leaders to strengthen culture, engagement, and employee experience
- Providing coaching and support to managers on people-related matters
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
- Supporting organisational growth and future workforce planning initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are highly regarded
- At least 5 years of experience leading an HR function within a small to medium-sized business
- Ability to operate autonomously and confidently manage all HR responsibilities
- Strong generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to challenge thinking constructively while building trust and credibility
