As ICT Infrastructure Coordinator, you will lead the operation, security and continuous improvement of technology environment across 10 schools, 2 early learning centres and the Corporate Office. Reporting to the System ICT Manager, you will provide technical leadership for infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, cloud services and strategic technology projects while leading a skilled team of ICT professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure, network and cloud operations
- Drive cybersecurity improvements and risk reduction initiatives
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades and strategic technology projects
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical team
- Collaborate with schools, leaders and vendors to deliver reliable ICT services
- Contribute to the ongoing maturity and improvement of ICT services across the organisation
About you
- Deep technical experience across enterprise networking, cloud platforms,
identity services and infrastructure operations
- Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management and system hardening
- Experience designing, implementing and supporting modern infrastructure environments
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring to ICT staff
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects and service improvements
