Are you confident on the phone, great at handling objections and know how to turn warm leads into paying clients?

Agentix Group is growing, and we're looking for a driven, results-focused Inbound Sales Specialist to join our high-performing sales team.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who loves being on the phone, thrives on hitting targets and knows how to close.

You'll be working with warm inbound enquiries, building relationships, booking qualified meetings and converting opportunities into signed service agreements.

No NDIS experience required. We'll provide industry training. What matters most is your sales experience, confidence and ability to deliver results.

What You'll Be Doing

- Contacting and following up with warm inbound leads
- Building rapport and identifying client needs
- Confidently handling objections and moving leads through the sales process
- Following up and converting opportunities into signed clients
- Managing your sales pipeline and updating the CRM
- Meeting daily and weekly sales KPIs
- Taking ownership of your results

Who We're Looking For

- Previous sales experience is essential.




- Proven experience in phone sales, inbound sales, appointment setting or closing
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Confidence speaking with potential clients throughout the day
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive, motivated and results-driven attitude
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Ability to work independently and take accountability
- NDIS experience is NOT required — full industry training provided.

What's On Offer

- $1,440 per week (approximately $75,000 annually)
- $50 commission per successful close — uncapped
