What Your Day Looks Like

You will take complete ownership of the property condition cycle across our residential portfolio:

- Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough periodic inspections, document property care, and flag proactive maintenance before small issues become big problems.
- Entry Condition Reports (ECRs): Set our tenancies up for success by capturing comprehensive, detailed baseline reports using modern 360° virtual tours and AI tech.
- Exit / Final Inspections: Complete end-of-lease bond inspections with an eye for detail, reconciling conditions against entry reports smoothly and fairly.
- Tenant & Owner Relations: Serve as the friendly, professional face of S&W; Plus on-site, building positive rapport with tenants during visits and updating property managers on key findings.

What You Bring to the Table

- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle
- Sharp Eye for Detail: You spot the little things that others miss and take pride in clear, factual, objective reporting.
- People Skills: Approachable, confident, and empathetic - you know how to communicate clearly and respectfully with tenants in their homes.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with platforms like PropertyMe, Inspection Express, or IRE is a huge plus, but we’ll gladly train the right attitude.
