An excellent opportunity has arisen for a lawyer with 3 years PAE to join a highly regarded insurance disputes practice in Sydney. Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to high-quality work, direct client interaction and genuine opportunities to develop your advocacy and litigation skills.

This role will see you advising on a broad range of general insurance, public liability, product liability and professional indemnity matters across a diverse client base. You will have responsibility for your own files while being supported by a collaborative team committed to mentoring, development and long-term career growth.

The Role

- Manage and assist on a range of insurance litigation matters
- Advise clients on public liability, product liability, professional indemnity and general insurance disputes
- Conduct legal research, drafting and case preparation
- Work directly with clients, insurers and other stakeholders
- Attend mediations, negotiations and court proceedings
- Collaborate with experienced Principals and Senior Lawyers on complex matters
- Develop advocacy, client management and practice development skills

About You





- Minimum 3+ years' PAE in insurance litigation
- Experience across public liability, professional indemnity, product liability or general insurance matters
- Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Commercially minded with a client-focused approach
- Confident communicator who enjoys building strong professional relationships
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team
