Cottee Parker Architects is growing, and we're looking for talented Mid-Level and Senior Interior Designers to join our team!
We're seeking creative thinkers with proven experience across residential, hotel and living sectors, who are passionate about design, love collaborating with others and have the technical expertise to bring exceptional interior spaces to life.
At Cottee Parker, interiors and architecture go hand in hand. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside our architectural teams on exciting projects, from high-end residential and multi-residential developments to hotels and contemporary living environments.
What we're looking for:
Mid-Level Interior Designer
You're a confident, hands-on designer who enjoys taking ideas from concept through to documentation and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in residential, hotel and/or living sector projects.
- Strong conceptual design, space planning and material selection skills.
- Experience preparing design presentations, documentation and FF&E; specifications.
- High proficiency in Revit, Enscape and InDesign.
- A collaborative approach, attention to detail and a passion for great design.
- Confidence working with clients, consultants and suppliers.
Senior Interior Designer
You're an experienced designer and natural leader who can drive projects, inspire teams and build strong client relationships.
- Minimum 7 years' professional interior design experience.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating design excellence across residential, hotel and living sectors.
- Proven experience leading projects from concept through to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge, documentation and project coordination skills.
- Ability to mentor designers, manage project deliverables and confidently engage with clients.
- High proficiency in Revit, with a sound understanding of BIM processes.
