Access Engineering Group (AEG) is currently seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders for immediate starts across Garden Island, Henderson and Mandurah.

We are also inviting Expressions of Interest for our upcoming 2027 project pipeline, with opportunities across Defence, construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects.

With immediate vacancies available and a strong pipeline of work scheduled throughout 2027, we are also welcoming Expressions of Interest from scaffolders looking to secure their next opportunity.

For candidates seeking long-term stability, full-time positions may be available following a successful probation period, subject to project requirements and performance.

The Role

- Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding systems

- Conducting scaffold inspections and alterations as required

- Working safely within construction, maintenance and shutdown environments

- Following site procedures, safety standards and project requirements

- Working collaboratively with supervisors, leading hands and project teams

Essential Requirements

- Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence

- Minimum 5 years' scaffolding experience

- Current Working at Heights certification (within 2 years)

- Current Confined Space certification (within 2 years)

- Construction White Card

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

- Solid commitment to safety, teamwork and quality workmanship

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

Highly Regarded

- Australian Citizenship (required for some Defence projects)

- Current National Police Clearance

- Defence or government project experience
