You will shape clear and consistent messaging for corporate, frontline and remote employees, and measure the effectiveness of communications to drive continuous improvement. Success in the role is measured by both the quality of the strategy and the effectiveness of its implementation.

- Advise and influence senior leaders and stakeholders on communication approaches, and drive change through clear, consistent messaging
- Write, create and deliver engaging, high-quality content across a range of internal communication channels, including newsletters and campaigns
- Manage and maintain the internal communications platform, tools and channels on a day-to-day basis, keeping content current, consistent and effective
- Plan, coordinate and deliver internal events, town halls and other initiatives that promote employee engagement, from concept through to execution
- Develop and deliver leadership communications, including executive messaging and key announcements
- Own the day-to-day flow of operational communications that keeps our people informed and engaged across corporate, frontline and remote teams
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of both the communications strategy and its implementation, and act on insights to continuously improve outcomes
- Ensure all communications are aligned to business objectives, support company culture and are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Identify and deliver opportunities to promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture
