An internal prospect exists for motivated and enthusiastic Xavier College staff to apply for the Music Coordinator (POR1) position at our Two Wells (R–12) Campus.

Commencing January 2027, this POR1 position is offered for a fixed term of one year and includes a full-time, permanent teaching component and should be considered in conjunction with the Teacher Position Information Document.

The Music Coordinator will support the Catholic identity and Salesian ethos of Xavier College and work collaboratively with College leaders to provide leadership, direction and development of the College's music program.

As the Music Coordinator, you will:

- Provide leadership and coordination of the Two Wells Campus Instrumental Music Program.
- Foster student participation and engagement through ensembles, performances, private tuition and co-curricular music opportunities.
- Support and collaborate with Music staff and tutors to promote high-quality teaching, learning and performance experiences.
- Lead the planning, organisation and delivery of music events, concerts, showcases, liturgical celebrations and College productions.
- Oversee the management of music resources, facilities and budget allocations to support the ongoing development of the program.
- Build positive partnerships with students,



families and the wider College community while supporting the Catholic identity and Salesian ethos of Xavier College.
