About the opportunity The International Hotel Wagga is a well-regarded hotel in a convenient location near the CBD, offering stylish accommodation, free parking, and in office dining at Pinnacle’s Restaurant & Bar. We’re looking for reliable, guest-focused people to join the team across a few key areas and help deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for travellers and locals alike.

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by role

- Receptionists (Part-time & Full-time): Be the friendly first point of contact for guests. Handle check-ins and check-outs, manage bookings, answer enquiries, and provide local information. A calm, organised approach and strong customer service skills are essential. Previous hotel or front-office experience is preferred but not essential for the right person.

- Restaurant Waitstaff: Deliver attentive service in Pinnacle’s Restaurant & Bar. Take orders,



serve food and drinks, clear tables, and create an outstanding dining experience for guests. RSA is required. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends is important.

- Handyman: Help keep the hotel looking its best and running smoothly. Carry out general maintenance, minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and other practical tasks around the property. A practical, hands-on skill set and the ability to work independently are key.

Experience in hotel or commercial maintenance is a plus.
