About Us

Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications. We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.

About the Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory across the warehouse and production setting, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and driving best-practice inventory control processes. You will work closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and external freight partners to ensure efficient material flow and inventory integrity.

A Typical day could include:

- Inventory Control

- ERP & Inventory Systems (NetSuite)

- Logistics & Material Movement

- Manufacturing Operational Support





- Process improvement & SOP creation

- Collaborating with your manufacturing & supply chain colleagues

Essential Selection Criteria

- Minimum 5 years' experience managing inventory within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong ERP inventory management experience.

- Ability to establish, implement and maintain inventory governance and warehouse processes.

- Strong understanding of inventory traceability, documentation requirements and process compliance.

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Current Forklift License.

- Australian citizenship

- Able to be onsite at Alexandria 5 days a week

- Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
