- Manage promotional pricing and product updates, ensuring accuracy across stores and systems.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain, validate and maintain product information.
- Respond to inventory-related queries from stores and business teams, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Generate reports, perform data audits and support inventory reconciliation activities to ensure ongoing data integrity.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in an inventory, master data, administration, retail support, or similar data-focused role.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manage and analyse large volumes of information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality data.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- A proactive problem-solver who can investigate issues independently and identify practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, stores and internal stakeholders.
