Investment Analyst | Real Estate Asia Pacific The opportunity A leading global investor is seeking a high-calibre Investment Analyst to join its Asia Pacific real estate investment team in Sydney. You will work closely with senior investment professionals on evaluating, underwriting and managing real estate investments across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a highly regarded investment organisation with a long-term outlook and broad exposure to principal investing.
The role
- Evaluate and underwrite real estate investments across the region
- Analyse potential investments, partnerships and their financial structures
- Build and maintain financial models and prepare investment analysis
- Conduct market research and compile financial data
- Support the monitoring and management of the existing portfolio
- Contribute to strategic projects alongside senior investment professionals
About you
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investing or a related financial analysis role
- Robust financial modelling and transaction experience (real estate experience is helpful but not essential)
- A degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related discipline, with a strong academic record
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with Argus familiarity preferred
- Intellectual curiosity, initiative, integrity and a genuine interest in investing
