About the Role

Deliver Microsoft, cloud and infrastructure projects across varied customer environments. You will also resolve complex escalations and share technical knowledge with colleagues.

Duties

- Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects to agreed requirements
- Implement Microsoft migrations, upgrades and new deployments
- Coordinate project tasks, progress and delivery risks
- Keep customers informed and document technical work
- Resolve complex escalations and share technical knowledge

Skills & Experience
- Microsoft infrastructure knowledge, including Azure and Microsoft 365
- Level 3 experience resolving complex technical issues




- Hands-on migrations, deployments or infrastructure projects
- Confident customer communication and technical documentation
- Ability to manage priorities, scope and change risks
