Domain Structures is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Epping.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous accounts payable and accounts receivable experience who wants to build on their existing skills, broaden their accounting knowledge and develop a pathway towards becoming a Senior Accountant.

What you'll be doing

- Managing day-to-day accounts payable and receivable

- Processing supplier invoices, payments and subcontractor claims

- Following up outstanding accounts and resolving discrepancies

- Completing bank, credit card and supplier reconciliations

- Assisting with month-end reporting, journals and financial records

- Supporting project accounting, job costing and budget monitoring

- Working closely with our Senior Accountant to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility over time

What we're looking for

- Hands-on AP and AR experience
- A good understanding of basic accounting principles

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive Excel skills and confidence using accounting systems
- A proactive approach, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion

- Someone eager to learn, take ownership and grow into a more senior accounting role

Previous experience with accounting software (MYOB, Xero, or similar)



is desirable as is experience in construction or another project-based industry. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, initiative, and desire to develop.
