We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly organised receptionist to join our team at Cooke & Hutchinson in North Lakes, Queensland.
About the role
As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our clients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
No previous office or legal experience is required, as training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls and managing general enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries.
- Preparing,
scanning and filing documents.
- Provide general administrative support to solicitors and other team members.
