Junior Quantity Surveyor or Recent Graduate

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor or recent graduate to develop their career with an established commercial fitout company. Joining a supportive and collaborative team, you will gain hands-on exposure to a diverse range of commercial projects, while working closely with experienced professionals across cost planning, estimating, financier reporting and project delivery. Key Responsibilities

- Support cost planning and feasibility studies across commercial fitout projects.
- Prepare cost estimates and contribute to effective cost management services.
- Assist with financier reporting and develop an understanding of project financial performance.
- Contribute to the preparation of accurate bills of quantities.
- Support contract administration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work alongside senior team members to support project delivery and client requirements.
- Develop strong project and stakeholder management skills through exposure to live commercial fitout work.

Skills & Experience

- A degree in Quantity Surveying, or currently completing a relevant qualification.
- Some exposure to quantity surveying, cost planning, commercial fitout or the building and construction industry.




- Experience with CostX is advantageous.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a project team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to estimates, reports and project documentation.
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in building a long-term career within the commercial fitout sector.
- Full working rights in Australia.
