About the Opportunity

Equipment Group Labour Solutions is growing and we're looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Wangara office.

This is an exciting chance to join a growing business with established relationships across the Australian mining, drilling and earthmoving industries.

Working within a small, high performing team, you'll be involved in the end to end recruitment process, sourcing and placing quality personnel across a range of mining and industrial roles.

From experienced drillers and fitters to operators, offsiders and professional personnel, you'll play an important role in supporting some of the industry's leading contractors and helping build our growing workforce.

You'll work closely with clients and candidates, gaining valuable experience across recruitment, candidate management, mobilisation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process, from advertising and candidate sourcing through to placement and mobilisation.

- Source, screen and interview candidates across the drilling, mining and earthmoving industries.

- Build and maintain candidate networks and talent pipelines.

- Work closely with clients to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.

- Coordinate interviews, reference checks and candidate assessments.

- Assist with candidate onboarding, compliance and mobilisation requirements.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and reporting.

- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and procedures.

- Assist with employer branding, advertising and recruitment marketing initiatives.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment activity, submissions, acceptances and mobilisations.

About You
- We're looking for someone with some recruitment experience who is organised, motivated and keen to develop their career within the mining and resources industry.





- Ideally, you will have: Minimum 1 year's recruitment experience, preferably within mining, construction or heavy industry.

- A basic understanding of FIFO workforce requirements and mobilisation processes.

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A proactive, can do attitude and willingness to learn.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

- A strong work ethic and genuine interest in contributing to a growing business.
