- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

- Following up quotes and customer enquiries

- Assisting customers with applications and supporting documents
/n
- Supporting the Sales Team with day-to-day activities
/n
- Updating customer details in the CRM system
/n
- Reaching out to potential customers and connecting them with Account Managers
/n
- Working towards team KPIs and customer service goals
