MBS Fitness is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic boxing coach to join our team at 115 Cove Hill Road, Bridgewater. You’ll coach our Kids Boxing program for ages 6–10 and Youth Boxing program for ages 11–15, helping young people build boxing skills, fitness, confidence and discipline.
You’ll plan and deliver structured, engaging sessions that include boxing fundamentals, pad work, bag work, footwork and fitness activities. You’ll adapt your coaching to different ages, abilities and confidence levels, keep groups engaged and create a safe, welcoming workplace where participants feel encouraged to learn.
Applicants must hold relevant coaching certificates or qualifications, have practical boxing experience and have experience working with children and young people. You must be confident demonstrating correct technique, leading groups and managing behaviour with patience and clear expectations. Current Working with Vulnerable People registration,
First Aid and CPR certificates are required.
Our current timetable includes Kids Boxing on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:15–4:55 pm. Youth Boxing runs on Monday from 5:00–5:45 pm, Wednesday from 4:15–5:00 pm and Friday from 4:15–5:00 pm.
There is also potential to coach adult Boxing and BoxFit sessions, depending on your qualifications, experience and availability. You’ll join a supportive team that values respect, discipline and persistence, with opportunities to develop your coaching skills and make a positive difference in our community.
