We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our busy café in Barangaroo.
The role involves preparing and cooking a range of simple café food items in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking breakfast items, including bacon and egg rolls, wraps and bagels
- Making toasties, sandwiches and other light café meals
- Preparing ingredients and completing daily food prep
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
- Ensuring food is prepared quickly and consistently
- Assisting with general kitchen duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous café or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
