Multiple Positions Available | Residential Landscaping | Brisbane

Avaton Acquire is seeking experienced Residential Landscapers, Leading Hands and Foremen for opportunities with established landscaping businesses across Brisbane.

We're looking for candidates with hands-on experience delivering residential landscaping projects, from garden installations and backyard makeovers through to complete outdoor transformations.

Whether your background is in softscaping, hardscaping or managing residential landscaping crews, we'd love to hear from you.

The Work

Depending on your experience, projects may involve:

- Garden preparation, garden beds, planting and mulching
- Turf laying, soil preparation and lawn installations
- Paving, pathways, driveways and outdoor entertaining areas
- Pool surrounds, pool coping and landscaping around swimming pools
- Timber and concrete sleeper retaining walls
- Garden edging, decorative stonework and feature landscaping
- Irrigation systems and garden drainage
- Fencing, decking and outdoor structures
- Site preparation, levelling and general landscaping works
- Complete residential garden makeovers and new home landscaping

Positions Available:

Residential Landscapers

Hands-on landscaping work across softscape and hardscape installations, including gardens, turf, paving, retaining walls and pool surrounds.

Landscape Leading Hands

Working alongside and leading small crews, coordinating daily activities,



organising materials and ensuring residential landscaping projects are completed to a high standard.

Landscape Foremen

Overseeing residential landscaping projects, managing crews and subcontractors, coordinating materials and schedules, and delivering projects from initial site preparation through to completion.

What We're Looking For

- ?Previous experience in residential landscaping
- Experience across softscaping, hardscaping or both
- Ability to read basic plans and work independently
- Experience with paving, retaining walls, pool surrounds or garden installations highly regarded
- White Card
- Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Leadership experience for Leading Hand and Foreman positions
