Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 108 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About you;

- You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
- Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
- Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent for lead role




- A Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent for assistant role
- A current Working with Children Check
- MUST be available 4 - 5 days per week
- A qualified and friendly personal presentation
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
