- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience leading projects and coordinating teams in a client-facing environment.
- Experience in solution design, business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of application development, integrations, automation technologies, and modern cloud-based platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
- Experience working with and leveraging emerging technologies such Microsoft Copilot, and low-code development platforms
