Remote contract prospect within the personal development and leadership education sector, working with an established global organisation.

Approximately 10–15 focused hours per week, with flexibility around when you work. Structured training, ongoing mentorship and established business and marketing systems are provided.

We’re looking for experienced, self-directed professionals who are interested in personal development, leadership and helping others explore meaningful personal and professional change.

What You’ll Do

Working within an established framework, you’ll learn to:

- Connect and communicate with prospective clients and business professionals
- Conduct professional conversations with people exploring personal and professional development
- Use established digital marketing and lead-generation strategies
- Follow structured communication and client-development processes
- Develop your communication, leadership and business capabilities
- Manage your own activity, priorities and schedule
- Apply ongoing training, mentoring and personal development to your work

What We’re Looking For You may currently work, or have previously worked, in areas such as coaching, leadership, sales, marketing, consulting, recruitment, business development, professional services or people development.

You’ll likely bring:

- At least five years of professional experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills




- Confidence speaking with prospective clients and business professionals
- The ability to work independently and manage your own priorities
- A self-directed and accountable approach
- A willingness to learn and work within an established framework
- A genuine interest in leadership and personal development
- Approximately 10–15 focused hours per week
