Geelong Safety Rail is looking for an experienced Scaffolding Team Leader / Leading Hand to join our growing team in a full-time position!

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a scaffold, takes pride in their work and has the leadership skills to keep a team motivated and jobs running smoothly.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday position
- Lead and supervise a scaffolding crew
- Oversee daily installations and dismantles
- Ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Lead by example and work alongside the team
- Liaise with management and site supervisors

MUST HAVE:

- Current scaffolding ticket
- Current HR Truck Licence
- Current Forklift Licence
- Current White Card
- Previous scaffolding experience
- Leadership or Leading Hand experience
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and safety-focused attitude

Experience

- Scaffolding: 2 years (Preferred)
- team leader: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Basic Scaffolding Ticket (Preferred)
- Truck licence (Preferred)
- Forklift Licence (Preferred)
