The role
We are now seeking a motivated and energetic Leasing Manager to join our Bulimba leasing team!
As a Leasing Manager with Aurora Property, you will perform a wide range of tasks and duties to ensure our clients are fully supported and that we continue to maintain our high level of service.
Duties and responsibilities
· Operate our Leasing Department and oversee the work of a full-time Leasing Consultant
· Conduct tenant viewings
· End to end leasing process
· Rental enquiries, over the phone and email
· Communicate with landlords and tenants
· Coordinate advertising for rentals
· Update relevant websites and rental lists
· Maintain properties to a well-presented standard
· Work in collaboration with BDM Team and Property Management Team

Skills and experience
· Current valid QLD driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
· Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
· Residential Leasing experience
· Experience using Inspect Real Estate and ideally PropertyMe
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Negotiation skills
· Computer literacy
· Goal and target driven
· Positive attitude
· Local area knowledge
· Initiative and a proactive mindset
