An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Leasing Manager to join their Bulimba office and take ownership of the leasing function.

The Role

As Leasing Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the leasing department, working alongside a dedicated full-time Leasing Consultant who will assist with the majority of property inspections.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process, maintaining solid communication with landlords and tenants and ensuring rental properties are leased efficiently while delivering a high level of service.

This role will include

- Overseeing the leasing department and supporting a full-time Leasing Consultant
- Managing the end-to-end leasing process from enquiry through to tenancy commencement
- Conducting tenant viewings as required
- Managing rental enquiries via phone and email




- Liaising with landlords and prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
- Coordinating rental advertising and property marketing
- Updating relevant websites, listings and rental availability schedules
- Ensuring properties are presented to a high standard for prospective tenants
- Working collaboratively with the Business Development and Property Management teams
- Monitoring leasing performance and working towards department targets

Saturday work may be required periodically during busier peak periods.

About You

You will be an experienced residential leasing professional who is confident managing the leasing process and enjoys taking ownership of a busy department.

You will also require

- Previous residential leasing experience
- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
- A current Queensland driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience using Inspect Real Estate, with PropertyMe experience highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
