A highly successful boutique consultancy is looking to hire a M365 Engineer to their projects team. The consultancy specializes in providing modern Microsoft solutions to a range of clients within the mid-market sector and are always working with the latest and greatest tech.

The position is fully project focused where the successful candidate will take full ownership of end-to-end projects. The company has an outcome focused culture where the focus is very much quality of work and excellent delivery over quantity and speed. You will be working alongside a team of talented project engineers and have the chance to keep learning and developing your skills within the latest Microsoft technology stacks.

What you will be doing:

- Taking ownership of end-to-end M365 solutions
- Deliver projects primarily focusing on Intune, Autopilot, 365, Entra, Defender, DLP




- Work closely with the other Project Engineers and collaborate to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions
- Work closely with the Solutions Architect on design documents
- Provide exceptional communication and customer facing skills

What you will need to succeed:

- Must have previous experience in customer facing roles with MSPs / Consultancies
- Must have proven end-to-end project delivery experience
- Technical expertise within the M365 stack - Intune, SharePoint, Entra, Defender
- Exposure with Copilot, Purview, Viva, AVD would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Industry certifications highly regarded
