Offering $105,000+ per annum + superannuation + overtime, this position operates on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off roster, rotating between day and night shifts.

About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing automated production and packaging equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring reliable plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on production and packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Perform machining, welding and fabrication repairs.
- Diagnose faults across automated production lines and packing equipment.
- Identify recurring issues and implement effective maintenance solutions.
About You
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
- Strong machining and welding capabilities.
- Experience maintaining automated production lines or packaging machinery.
- Excellent pneumatic troubleshooting and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Food manufacturing, FMCG or industrial manufacturing experience highly regarded.
- Comfortable working a rotating 7-on, 7-off day/night roster.
- Currently based in Australia.
