What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist with building out job work packs, bringing together and developing parts lists, JSAs, drawings, procedures and other information the trades need
- Identify critical spare parts needed to keep equipment running and ensure these are available when required
- Set up and maintain spare parts in MEX, including stock levels, supplier details and links to assets
- Assist with the development of an inventory and barcoding systems that supports the maintenance team to find, issue and return parts
- Obtain quotes and works with suppliers to source the right parts at the right price including raising purchase order through SAP and MEX
- Receive and organise maintenance parts and materials, keeping the maintenance store clean, organised and easy to use

What We’re Looking for

- Trade background, ideally mechanical/fitter, and is ready to take the next step off the tools
- Understanding of how trades work with maintenance stores and maintenance planning to get jobs completed
- Comfortable preparing permits and working directly with trades, contractors and production on the factory floor
- Highly organised, practical and comfortable learning systems such as MEX, SAP and Microsoft Office – no prior experience needed




- Willingness to be part of a site going through significant change, including the build and transition to a new factory
- Would like to develop their maintenance career while being supported by the collective experience of the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, Maintenance Planner and team of skilled trades
