About the Role

Quality In Home Health is urgently seeking an experienced and compassionate Male Support Workers with challenging behaviour training to join our team in Stretton for Male Participant (ASD Level 3)

This position is for an urgent shift with additional ongoing shifts available:

- 8:30 am – 7:30 pm (Mon-Fri)

- 9:00 am - 7:30pm (Sat & Sun)

Key Responsibilities
- Meal preparation and assistance

- Supporting with incontinence care and hygiene

- Assisting with community access and outings

- Implementing positive behaviour support strategies

- Night routine and settling assistance

Requirements:

- Blue Card & Yellow Card (current and valid)

- COVID-19 vaccinations

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed

- Own vehicle, valid driver’s license & comprehensive car insurance

- Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant NDIS qualification

- Current First Aid & CPR certification

- Caucasian / Islanders preferred but not required
