Founded in 2012, ProcessWorx is a Western Australian HR and safety services provider helping businesses of all sizes manage their people and workplace safety with practical, down-to-earth support. Alongside our core ProcessWorx brand, ProcessWorx Ag brings tailored HR and safety support to farming and agribusiness operations, while ProcessWorxShield is our HR and safety software, giving businesses the tools to manage their people and safety in one place.

Now we're entering an exciting next stage of growth as we expand into the east coast. This role will play a key part in building and growing our reach in recent markets.

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll support the delivery of our marketing strategy and the campaigns that sit behind it. No two days will look the same: one day you're scheduling social content or designing a brochure, the next you're packing for an event or building an e-learning module.

You'll be supported and mentored in a collaborative and fun environment, where your ideas are welcomed and your growth matters.

What you'll do

- Create and schedule social media content, engage with our online community and track performance.
- Design brochures, presentations, social graphics and other marketing materials, including video content.
- Coordinate webinars, client events, expos and field days, including logistics, promotion and merchandise.
- Support email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, podcasts and website updates.
- Turn HR and safety content into engaging e-learning modules and resources.




- Report on activities and results, maintain campaign and CRM records.

About you You’re creative, organised and comfortable balancing different priorities. You’ll have:

- A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
- Around 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, events or design.
- Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills.
- Confident Canva skills and experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience using Mailchimp and Microsoft 365.
- Attention to detail, initiative and a collaborative approach.

Event coordination, video editing and e-learning experience will be highly regarded, as will an interest in HR, workplace safety or agriculture. Don’t tick every box? We welcome applicants who bring relevant skills, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
